Intercomp manufactures platform scales using state of the art fully electronic load cells – no outdated hydraulics or moving mechanical parts.  Our load cells are certified for accuracy and repeatability by U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technologies and European Office of Legal Metrology.  They have been tested to 100,000 cycles for permanence and accuracy over the lifespan of your weighing system.

We provide the proper capacity, resolution and accuracy to weigh all types of commercial, private, and military aircraft.  All scales have self-contained indicators with large easy to read displays, solid state controls and high efficiency electronics providing battery life up to 300 hours.

The size and portability enable set up to be performed with 1-2 people.  Using aerospace grade machined aluminum bases and self-aligning platforms with a proprietary web bridge support, Intercomp’s platform scales provide the utmost durability and are designed to last within the hangar environment.  When calibrated using Intercomp manual or auto calibration systems, these platform scales can be tested, corrected and verified in less than one hour saving valuable time and ensuring the scale is ready for use.
